Carriage:
A carriage charge of A$10 applies to all orders. This charge is irrespective of the order size and is added to orders during the checkout procedure. Domestic orders are sent by Australia Post.

We ship worldwide. Orders for delivery outside Australia will have carriage and shipping quoted individually by email for approval before dispatch (see below).

Delivery/Dispatch:
Orders are dispatched with 2 working days of receipt. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will advise the estimated delivery date and request instructions as to whether or not the customer wishes to proceed with the order or the balance of order.

Tax:
All prices shown include GST at the current rate of 10% (applicable to Australian residents).

Returns:
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the full cost of the items(s) providing the packaging is in original condition and the item(s) is (are) unused and unopened. Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
An item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods. Please note we cannot refund the carriage charge of A$10, nor can we pay the carriage costs involved in returning the item(s).

Faulty or wrong item:
If the item(s) you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product(s), and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.

Distance Selling Terms & Conditions:
If you are an overseas customer, you have the right to cancel your order for item(s) purchased for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and/or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email or by post to the above address. Goods should be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) remain your responsibility until it (they) have been received by Male Grooming Boutique Pty Ltd. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery method that insures you for the value of the goods.
