What do I do in case I receive a damaged product?

Each Male Grooming Boutique product is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch and then carefully packed. Whilst every care is taken to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition, in the event any item is damaged in transit, it is essential you advise us immediately by e-mail to Customer Support using our CONTACT FORM.
Please note that replacement(s) can only be processed upon receipt of the original product(s).
